Join me for “Return to Stillness” — a virtual Yoga Nidra session on Wednesday, December 3rd from 7:30–8:30 PM. 🧘‍♀️

Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. It helps quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your inner calm. 🌙

 

This is your midweek reset — a chance to rest, restore, and realign without needing to “do” anything. Just lie down, listen, and let go.

💫 Price: $12

 

✨ Props you’ll want: a yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on, a blanket, a pillow or bolster, and anything else that helps you feel fully supported and cozy.
