Join me for “Return to Stillness” — a virtual Yoga Nidra session.
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. It helps quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your inner calm. 🌙
This is your midweek reset — a chance to rest, restore, and realign without needing to “do” anything. Just lie down, listen, and let go.
