What Is Reiki

Reiki is a gentle and loving form of energy healing that supports your whole being. It works with the natural life-force energy that flows through and around all of us. Through light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki helps soften tension, soothe the nervous system, and create space for emotional and energetic release.


It’s a peaceful practice that invites your body to remember its own natural balance while offering you a nurturing space to simply rest and be cared for.

What to Expect During a Session

Your session is a calm, comforting space created with compassion and intention. From the moment you arrive, my focus is to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply at ease.

You’ll rest fully clothed on a treatment table while I gently guide healing energy to the areas that need attention. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or waves of relaxation, while others drift into a quiet meditative state. There is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki — your experience unfolds exactly as it needs to.

After your session, you may feel lighter, clearer, or more grounded. Some people notice gentle shifts over the following days as their energy continues to settle.
