WHAT IS REIKI?

Pronounced (Ray-Key) is a gentle, natural, and safe form of energy healing. It is a hands-on healing technique that creates equilibrium within the energy centres (chakras). It can heal the cause of a problem on multiple levels such as the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental levels.

When the energy field experiences blockages, the immune system is weakened and illness is created. However, Reiki allows balance to be created within the energy field, essentially restoring the ability for the physical body to heal itself and speeds up the healing process. We often forget that our bodies have the power to heal themselves. Some signs that indicate our body is unbalanced are chronic headaches, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and stress, etc. In this fast-paced, outer focused world, we tend to ignore bodily signs that our physical body is out of balance. Our bodies know exactly what will benefit them, but we forget to listen. By keeping our energy field active and balanced, we can achieve a renewed sense of well being and optimum health.

USUI REIKI LEVEL I

PREREQUISITE: NONE // SPOTS LIMITED TO 6

In REIKI LEVEL 1, you will be introduced to the basics of the Usui Reiki Energy. We will focus on the history of Usui Reiki, the five principles of Reiki, the three degrees of Reiki, and Reiki ethics. There will be discussion on the chakra system, what energy is, and how it moves through the body and clears blockages. We will practice how to do self-treatments and treatments on others. You will receive a Reiki manual, an attunement to Reiki Level 1, and certification of completion that is needed to move on to level 2.

Learning Reiki Level 1 does not mean you need to become a Reiki practitioner or continue on to the Master Level. It is your choice if you simply want to do treatments on yourself or family/friends to add balance into your lives.

Please bring a pen, journal, slippers or socks, and a lunch.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 2

PREREQUISITE: USUI REIKI LEVEL I // SPOTS LIMITED TO 6

In REIKI LEVEL 2, you will be introduced to three Reiki symbols and learn how to conduct a distant healing session.We will review Reiki Level 1. We will focus on what the three symbols are, how to use them, and how to meditate with the symbols. We will practice how to do treatments on others using the symbols and how to send a distant healing session. Distance healing sessions can be used in several situations such as, to other people or animals, the past or future, and the source of deeply rooted issues. You will receive a Reiki manual, an attunement to Reiki Level 2, and certification of completion that is needed to move on to the Master Level.

Learning Reiki Level 2 does not mean you need to become a Reiki practitioner or continue on to the Master Level. It is your choice if you simply want to do treatments on yourself or family/friends to add balance into your lives.

USUI REIKI MASTER LEVEL

PREREQUISITE: USUI REIKI LEVEL I & II // SPOTS LIMITED TO 4

In the REIKI MASTER LEVEL, you will be introduced to the Master Level symbols and how to give attunements to others. We will review Reiki Levels 1 and 2. There will be discussion on what the Master Level is and what that means and how to teach Reiki to others. We will practice how to do treatments on others using the Master Level symbols and the process of giving attunements for all of the levels. You will receive a Reiki manual, an attunement to theReiki Master Level, and certification of completion.

Learning the Reiki Master Level does not mean you need to become a Reiki practitioner or teach Reiki to others. It is your choice if you simply want to do treatments on yourself or family/friends to add balance into your lives.
